Terms of Use

By booking a session at SoundCave Recording Studios, you agree to abide by all studio policies and respect our engineers, space, and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early without refund in cases of misconduct, violation of rules, or unsafe behavior.

Booking & Payment

  • With Engineer: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session. Files will not be delivered until full payment is received.

  • Without Engineer: Deposit is also collected, with remaining balance charged after an intake call

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Damages & Conduct

  • Clients are responsible for themselves and their guests. Any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or space will result in a damages fee equal to the replacement value plus 10%.

  • No smoking is allowed in the recording booth. A $200 fee will be charged for violations.

Studio Access & Equipment Use

  • Clients may arrive up to fifteen minutes early for setup or prep, depending on engineer availability.

  • Maximum capacity: Six people total, including engineer and guests.

  • Food and drink are allowed (we have a microwave available).

  • If using the studio without an engineer:

    • You may bring your own laptop.

    • To use the Apollo interface, your device must support Thunderbolt 3.

    • Alternatively, you may connect through our Big Knob Studio interface via USB (compatible with Mac and Windows).

Privacy Policy

We may share information collected through our website and services with third-party advertising, marketing, and analytics providers, including Google, to measure advertising performance, create or match advertising audiences, personalize advertising where permitted, and optimize marketing campaigns. We may use information you provide directly to us, such as your email address or phone number, for these purposes.
